Udhyamsheel Congress is a national network/Forum that provides network and voice to entrepreneurs who believe in democracy and democratic process.

In this era of 4th industrial revolution with Internet and thing the old pattern of businesses has started to phase out and new form has been introduced. In this transitional phase many business houses have faced numerous problems be it from unreformed policies, bureaucratic or else.

Young entrepreneurs experience numerous problems entering into business, insufficient funds, unfavorable government policies and lack of experience in running the enterprise can be to name the few. We deemed its necessity to organize such entrepreneurs to address the similar Issues and Challenges we face during our business journey. It is immensely important to form a trustworthy socializing platform of entrepreneurs where we can discuss on our issues and challenges, new ideas with suppliers and contacts that helps us with growth, smooth operation, sustainability and promotion of our business.

Our mission is to mitigate those problems and establishing an favorable environment for existing as well as new entrepreneurs raising the voice together. We call upon youth, startup, aspiring entrepreneurs and missing middle enterprise to join hands in our movement/ mission of creating sustainable business environment. That supports, empowers and facilitates the business as such.

Though every single entrepreneur can be our members, our major focus is to organize youth and the missing middle in the business field of the country. For e.g. there are enterprises that have loan needs and capacity below NPR 5million on average but these entrepreneurs are too big for MFIs but too small for commercial banks.
